We moved back to the UK last July after spending nine years in Dubai. After spending lots of money on private education in the UAE I was very disappointed to find out my children aged 9 and 11 both needed help with their Maths! Thankfully we found Helen and both my children have extra Maths tuition with her. They have come on leaps and bounds and have made wonderful progress with the help of Helen. Considering my son was behind just before he sat his sats in May he was predicted by his teacher to get excellent results! My daughter has also come on extremely well and absolutely loves her time with Helen. I never have any complaints about them going to her. Helen is a fantastic tutor. My son has been with Helen for 4 years. He loved going to her lessons. He has thrived with her and was not worried about Sats. Helen has an extremely calm nature, she is incredibly patient, is sensitive to every child’s needs and knows how to bring the best out of them. I am so grateful to have found her.

Helen was an amazing tutor and friend to my daughter for over five years. She started when she was struggling with her phonics in year 1 and then the following years had Maths and English lessons as well. My daughter had separation anxiety at the beginning and Helen always made her feel settled in a friendly environment and she’s always loved going to her lessons. I cannot recommend Helen enough if you are looking for a tutor. My daughter is now excelling at school and has so much more confidence all thanks to Helen.

What can I say ... it takes me a long time to trust anyone with my children but I knew after only a few sessions that Helen was the right person to support my children. My daughter has been going for a few years now for both Maths and English and Helen has been key to her development, achievements and improving her confidence. One to one makes all the difference to my daughter and Helens approach is truly individualised. She embraces the unique child which I think is the reason why us parents are looking for tutoring. My little boy has also been with her doing pre school sessions for the last 6 months and he has come on in leaps and bounds and totally school ready now. Our son was 5 when he started with Helen and he has developed really well over the past 6 months and really enjoys going to Helens even though it’s on a Saturday morning!
